Hi i have had to system restore and system recovery quite a lot lately so ive uninstalled and reinstalled lots of stuff

As a result some of my software and games are behaving abnormally and i am getting unusual error meseages

My computer is generally fast but every once in a while the internet slows down considerably. Any hints would be great as far as anything I can do to speed up my computer. Erasing programs that are not necessary and may slow down my computer. Thanks!
