Ok so my family lap top has been really slow lately and I found out its because its got all kinds of spyware malware and all that stuff. So whats a good free way to clean it all up? I mostly use this computer and I dont want my family to think ive been looking at porn or downloading music etc

but when i was install avast anti virus it clean all boot virus, MEMORY viruses, and 32bit virus

First, get a free anti virus like AVG
then download Spybot search and destroy to delete the viruses.
Then download ccleaner to clean the pc.

AVG antivirus and spybot search and destroy. As well as CC cleaner (Idk the link to download it) and disc defragment, all computers have a disc defragment program, it makes your comp run a bit faster. Also try uninstalling programs you dont use.
download Tuneup maintenance package, it does a thorough job of cleaning a lot of stuff on your drive.
