you would be better off if you used req. cleaner from rosecity .com
means they r being used OR some keys recreate themselves when deleted,, so its impossible to remove those
It means they are in use, there is a process or program using the files. You have to find out which process it is, end it, then manually delete it, it is kinda hard if you dont know what to do, sometimes they have backup files that create replicas of the file that is deleted, so you would have to delete the file that creates a new one firstm then the file itself. Id say just forget about it, its probably nothing too major.
