1. Disable Kaspersky Self-Defense from its settings
2. Go to C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP9\Bases\Cache, then delete everything with *.tmp extension.
3. Re-enable Kaspersky Self-Defense
If the ProgramData folder doesn’t show up, change Windows Explorer folder settings so that hidden files & folders will be shown.
