Go into add/remove programs if you installed any programs that you want off. And restart and look and see. They can always do a system recovery but should not, any files are not truely gone unless you erase your hard drive but this will delete everything for good. (crap cleaner) It will do it for you. Pictures and stuff like that you have to delete manually but this thing will clean up explorer history files. There's a great program called ccleaner.
