Combo Fix is a very popular malware removing program and it also compatible with Windows Vists. but u should use a latest version.You can get a latest version of combofix from http://www.oldoold.com
combofix can revert registry entries, folder option settings and also delete all spyware and malware

If combofix is not worked for you, dont worry you can get smitfraudfix.exe too from the above link (run Smitfraudfix in safe mode)
