can i buy a blank system from somewhere that is about one hundred dollars and put the new leapord on it.?
i only have two hundred dollars and want to get a blank computer and install leapord i would like around 40gb hardrive 512mb-1gb ram and 1ghz proccesor.

you would need a hacked version of leopard, but this is not advised because a new hack is released whenever apple do a software update. meaning you have to re-install every time, its called a hackintosh. you WILL NOT be able to install leopard on a normal system because of specific bios and hardware requirements that OS X demands.
