A Defragmentation doesn’t make a bit of performance difference regardless if you do it once or 10 times, I guess technically once would be the same as twice, but the thing is when you move files and place them in alpha NUMERIC order it can cause issues with certain programs due to the allocation tables and registry not being able to locate certain files because they were moved.
No some files cant be moved. as long as you have done it once or twice leave it.
If you see two areas separated by a white bit in the middle this is because the data is written to separate platters of the hard disk so don’t worry it’s normal.
just dont defrag to often or you could wear out your HDD
use a defragment software.

Yes – you can run the defragmenter more than once – in fact you have to run it perhaps two or three times – windows defragmenter isn’t that good so you will have quite a few fragmented files left over -remember also that some files cannot be defragmented because they are in use.
You could run auslogics disk defrag which is free and is better than windows own defragmenter

I don’t think defragging a second time is a good idea. Defragging does put a strain on the HDD. There are other programs out there that defrag better than windows defragger, but you will still be left with a few files that can’t be moved. I would just let those fragmented files be and wait till it needs to be defraged again.
its not necessary, bfre urun defragment do an analys first if it require to defrag then defrag.defrag tools;defraggler.or smart defrag.
Note that the built in defragger cannot defrag system files. Also it needs atleast 15% free space. I suggest instead of running the built in defragger several times, you simply download the trial version of Diskeeper and set it to run on auto mode. DK defrags thoroughly skipping no fragmented files even if you have low free space. Also defrags system files.
