		<description>Sounds like either the power supply or hard drive... depends upon which one was making the noise.

First step would be clearing out the CPU fan and power supply with compressed air, see if things improve.  If you do need to replace the power supply, those aren&#039;t too expensive.</description>

I had this happen to me and I just opened my tower and one of my cables were loose on my hard drive so I just plugged it in.
