   I am sure you will get some response for reg cleam]ners, however just in case its due to malware, look at these.

   A registry cleaner is great, but your problem is likely not caused by a bloated registry…You may have a program running in the background that’s bogging down your processor (Do a CTRL+ALT+DEL and open the Task Manager…see what your CPU Utilization is)…Also, a disk defragment can’t hurt (Use Windows Disk Deframenter Utility)…
