Does anyone know how to get of WinFixer 2006 pop-ups?
I constantly get pop-ups from Winfixer 2006. They pop up even when no webpage is open. When I attempt to close them, it just pops up another screen. Does anyone know how to get rid of this? I’ve tried several different pop up and spam blockers and removal programs.

Have you tried Ad-Aware? I used to have Winfixer pop-ups all the time and Ad-Aware took care of it.

Also, try and see if you can remove it in Control Panel (Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs). Uninstall it from there.
