   1. Run your security software and do a system scan

   2. Make sure you run updates on a regular basis

   3. Maybe schedule you computer disk defragment every week or so

   4. Make sure you update your windows service pack every now and then

   Number 4 is an Essential!!, I recently had trouble dj’ing with my computer as it produced a crackly sound (somewhat near to a crackly 1940′s record with lots of scratches) but run a windows update which gave me a codec pack and the problem fixed itself.

   To remove any malware you may already have…

   Download, install, update and run full scans, in safe mode*, with these programs…

   Then re-start.

   *Note: On start up (before Windows loads) keep tapping either F5 or F8 then use arrow keys to highlight ‘Safe Mode’ click on a user account, enter the password (if you don’t know it, there probably isn’t one so leave it blank) and hit enter/return.

   Go to your system tools and use the disk clean and defrag, Use ccleaner, use an av program, once a week run malwarebytes’ antimalware and superantispyware, these are free.

   Quick Malware Removal
   1.Go to Start -> Run -> Type msconfig -> Ok -> Go in BOOT.INI tab and tick both "Safe boot" and to the right of that "Networking" and hit Apply and Close.(It will boot in "Safe with networking mode" Choose Aministrator)

   2.While in "Safe with networking mode" download Malwarebytes.

   3.Right click on the mbam setup app you downloaded and rename it xxxx then Dbl click on it and install and update it (If you can) and run a full scan and delete/quarantine all entities it finds (Restart if it asks?)
   (Note)If you couldn’t update before 1st scan update Malwarebytes and do another scan with a updated Malwarebytes!

   4.Go to Start,Run,type msconfig and hit ok.Go in BOOT.INI tab and untick Safe Boot and then go in the Startup tab and (uncheck) all programs (not) needed at startup "Lesser is better in this case" and hit apply,close,restart.Your computer will boot normally and on your desktop a window will popup,check "Don’t show this message"box and hit ok and your done (~8

   MAKE SUPERANTISPYWARE PORTABLE
   This method is a life saver when your in a pinch and can’t access the internet!
   1.Download,install,and UPDATE! Superantispyware on a USB stick using another computer? During install it asks for"Destination Folder" change it from C:/Program Files/SUPERAntispyware to K:/SUPERAntispyware or whatever drive the USB stick is in? When your done stick it in the infected computers USB, and open Superantispywares file on the stick and Dbl click on the SUPERAntispyware app and run a full scan and delete/quarantine all entities it finds.

   Will you have to be infected first and then experience several effective tools of remove most virus and trojan out there. You’ll go through most of people opinions of removing virus and it doesn’t really work out for you. The best thing man is to experience using different tools that you see is most effective for you. There no one tool to remove them all and there always several ways to remove them, but there is always a more effective way to do it since time for me is a plus when removing everything and quick and dandy.
