try ending all the runing apps you can in task manager

try going to the graphics menu and lowering the colors, to 16 prolly, if its at 32, if not leave it, you prolly have too many programs running in the background, CTL+ALT+DEL, and search each of those files on google, and see which ones aren’t important,
and if that doesnt help, lower the screen resolution from the game, itll help a little for the graphics card,

well quite a few reasons this might be happening
1 your computer may need a defragment
2your computer has to much space used up from other games
3 or you might just have a virus

format the computer and install the program u want.
dont load too many files especially on the drive in which u have installed your operating system.it may slow down your computer.

the reson why ur game was faster b4 and now its slower is bcoz u must have installed many programs on ur computer within that period, go to start—-control panel–add or remove programs and remove\un-install all the un-necessary programs,
if all the programs tat ur using r good and very useful and u dont feel like uninstalling any,
the best solution wld b to increase ur hadware capacity of ur computer like bigger harddisc space, more ram,a good graphic card,faster processor etc,
(most imp of all bigger hardisc and higher ram capacity)

Windows naturally gets slower over time because of fragmentation and garbage files/registry entries. You can try running CCleaner from ccleaner.com but nothing will restore windows to that squeaky clean new install short of a new install
