I think that if you want it for free, just download trial versions of different pay software programs threw http://www.download.com. This will allow you to clean out your registry. Just uninstall them once you are done with them. Be carefull which ones you download, and read about them first. However, 2 or 3 should be good enough.

regedit command line- you can remove keys from your registry to disable or remove programs that will not completely uninstall, but be forewarned that incorrect changes made here can affect the entire system- so research it first
Run Disk Clean-up for windows pc’s. Find it in systems tools.
