Download reginout
Your question is too vague! Anyway, if you try to watch a video and it stops playing and starts and stops again – try closing other programs and leave video for some minutes on pause mode. Try it, it couldn’t hurt
Hi,
A system slows down due to a variety of reasons, viz. file fragmentation, registry data fragmentation, a large number of installed programs, disk allocation by unnecessarily stored files, a number of items to load at the system startup, and so on.
What you need to do is increase the system performance by doing system optimization tasks listed below. Some of them can be easily done using a software called RegInOut available for download here: http://download.cnet.com/RegInOut/3000-2094_4-10965219.html?part=dl-10053761&subj=dl&tag=button
Doing all these system optimization tasks is recommended for at least once a week. This will help making your computer and internet experience faster.
