Either you have a rootkit infection, or AVG is falsely identifying a protected, legitmate driver as a rootkit.
Download GMER from http://www.majorgeeks.com (in the Anti-Spyware section). Unpack and run it. The first screen will list all of the hidden drivers. (You will note that one of those belongs to AVG.) Using this, you may be able to identify what the hidden driver is.
HOWEVER, DO NOT attempt to kill or remove any processes or drivers using GMER unless you know what you’re doing. This is a tool for pros. You can "kill" your PC if you use it wrong.
