I work with computers all day long. While I have not had that particular message, I can tell you that you are most likely dealing with a registry error. The .dll gives it away as a registry error.
Registry errors are common and easily dealt with. What I do is go to bluepenguinsoftware.com/regzooka/ and run the free registry scan. If it is a registry error, it will be able to fix it in just a few minutes. Whatever you do, don’t keep trying to upload those files before you fix the problem–that will only cause you more problems. If you do, you will definitely have registry errors on your hands. Good luck!
