Registry errors are common and easily dealt with. What I do is go to bluepenguinsoftware.com/regzooka/ and run the free registry scan. If it is a registry error, it will be able to fix it in just a few minutes. Whatever you do, don't keep trying to upload those files before you fix the problem--that will only cause you more problems. If you do, you will definitely have registry errors on your hands.
