If so, then you are using an older version or (un-updated) of Windows (pre XP SP2). These type of popups exploit the Messenger Service in your Windows OS, which after XP SP2 is disabled by default. (without the ""s) into your Run Box and then disabling and stopping Messenger Service. OR 2. I have the Eusing registry cleaner and i have never had a pop-up, i mean zero po-up good luck uninstall it and get a good one that only runs when u run it.

If so, try an online scan (google MicroTrend Housecall and then click the free online scan option). If that doesn't work, you may need to clean it out yourself.
