   In your Computer right click the C; Hard Drive select Properties under clean up delete unnecessary files etc. under TOOLS select Defragment.
   Easy, Cookies you get on by looking under options in Windows Internet Explorer options, go trough you’ll find there delete cookies

   Hi there,

   I’m going to assume (hate that word) that you don’t have a Mac

   Click on the Start tab. Go to "All Programs." Find the program titled "Accessories." Usually, but not always, in the upper left.

   When you put your mouse on this, it will cause a new window to pop up on the side. Drag your mouse over to that box, and down to "System Tools." A new window will pop up to the side. Drag your mouse over to it, and down to "Disk Clean Up." Click on that. The box that pops up will ask you what drive you want to clean up. The one that it shows by default should be Drive (C:), click okay. An analysis will start, and will pop up with a result box. The boxes that are checked on this are all the files you can safely remove. Click okay.

   To defrag, follow the steps above, but click on "Disk Defragmenter" instead of "Disk Clean Up."

   A box will pop up with a small red, green, blue, and white box at the bottom. Click on anilize. You will see colored vertical lines pop up in the two long gray boxes. You will notice the little blue box say’s "Contaguous Files." Don’t worry, this is not a virus, it simpley means these files can’t be moved. Click on "Defragment."

   Depending on how long it has been since either of these process have been run, it may take some time to complete. You can continue doing most anything you were doing while these programs are running.

   First do a disk cleanup. Right click the drive in My Computer, choose Properties and Disk cleanup. Delete the temp files, temporary internet files, empty the recycle bin etc. Don’t compress the drive contents.
