If you are using PC ~ Go to your Start Menu ~ All Programs ~ Accessories ~ System Tools ~ Disk Clean Up. When you are done with Disk Clean up go back to your System Tools Folder and go to Disk Defragmenter. Go to SpywareTerminator.com and download their FREE Spyware and Virus Removal program. Run the full system scan and everything should be fine. You could also delete any program that you do not use anymore. Go to your Start Menu ~ Control Panel ~ Add/Remove Programs. Good Luck!
Also, don’t have too many anti virus programs on the computer, they tend to fight for control. Uninstall all of your anti virus software or atleast disable it before you install Spyware Terminator.
