   In my experience registry cleaners can work but they do cost money. I would recommend you try downloading the d3dx9_30.dll file again just to make sure you have a good non-corrupt file.

   Once you put the file in your C:\Windows\System32 directory try installing it:

   1. Press Start and select Run

   2. Type CMD and press Enter

   3. Type regsvr32 d3dx9_30.dll and hit enter
