There are MANY reasons for computer slow downs:
not enough memory
too many programs starting up with windows at boot up time
too many junk files
too many restore points
Clean windows registry can speed up the computer.
Over time, you install new programs, uninstalled unimportant programs, update software’s, install new devices,
download files from the web, etcetera, hence embarking all records in the registry system.
This is normal, but it is not wise to leave it untouched.
Once in a while, you have to check and remove files that are no longer in use to maintain the speed of your PC.

you should find you what programs are starting up with your computer, and as a suggestion try CCleaner, its a tool that looks at startup programs, cleans your registry (which might be the problem) and it cleans your drive. but the main 2 things i would look at is your registry’s condition and starting programs and processes.
Just so you know, disks are defragmented would make a lot more sense.

Click CPU twice, sorting it by what’s using the most CPU. Then sort it by Mem Usage, to sort what is using the most RAM. Then add the top 5 for both (CPU and Mem Usage) on your question. (Mouseover Edit, click Add details)
