My guess is that you're missing audio, video, network and wireless. Usually when I rebuild a Dell these are the missing drivers. Good luck with this. At the very least you can just install the Wireless driver so you can at least get on the net with the Laptop and download the rest of the drivers. Here are all your drivers.

Anything with a yellow ? double click and allow it to search for driver automatically. in the auto search it should find them!
