I know the scans are free, but the programs are not. I need to get my computer to run faster and clean it up with al the crap. But after you get the free scans and they say you have all these problems, they tell you now have to buy thier program. Is there something out there that is totally free beyond the free scan, that will not harm my computer

dont use those freeware they might srew you computer even more. Just try to remove some applications that you dont use thats and also change your graphics to lower to speed up computer
CCleaner to get rid of the crap, AVG free to get your scans.
