The solution you need is already part of Windows, called "Remote Desktop". To learn all about it and download any necessary software, go here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsXp/using/mobility/getstarted/Remoteintro.mspx
There are other solutions, like PCAnywhere, or GoToMyPC, but these cost$.
If you want to try something other than Microsoft’s tool, check out the free UltraVNC (http://www.uvnc.com). Its what I use all the time to access customer’s computers. Or, do a search for "remote computer access" and see how many solutions come up. Good luck.
use remote desktop connection —as long as it is on and he doesn’t have have it password protected
you would need a very advanced program that would cost much.
yes, use the remote desktop connection
Hi,
If you are using through Internet use "Team viewer". It is the best and free program that you can download it from
"www.teamviewer.com/download/index.aspx".
Both the computer needs to run the latest version and irrespective which country / State you can access through Internet.
Good Luck,
JA
