Install CCleaner and run it. Clean your files and clear your registry with this program. Also end any start up programs that you don't need with it. CCleaner>Tools>Startup. unsure of what a specific program is? do a google search. 3. Defragment your hard drive with a defrag program. I recommend PowerDefragmenter. 4.
