The answer is probably Limewire. P2P sites are not safe, the files you download are from strangers who have probably sent you a virus or trojan alongside the file.

If your RAM is 256 mb then try changing it to 512mb or 1 GB. This will surely enhance your computer’s performance. And 1 more thing as soon as you start your system, press refresh button when the initial booting is done and try to delete some more unwanted files
