I would download ccleaner http://www.ccleaner.com/download, this will clean up your registry and get rid of temp files and stuff. I would also get the program Jdiskreport http://www.snapfiles.com/get/jdiskreport.html this helpful little app will tell you what files and folders are taking up all your space and is much more in depth than the disk defragmenter that windows comes with, but it also gives you a pie chart just like windows, just allows you to search more in depth.
