System restore and registry is apparently blocked by a domain administrator?

   You can fix a virus but don’t know about domain administrator? (just saying)
   what do you have? MAC or PC?
   well I actually don’t know how to fix a virus (would like to tho) but you can find the admin password
   in the system preferences.

   also once you get it fixed, have a second user besides the admin, so you can reset or erase it from there.
