My Windows is XP Pro and the set-up can not be accessed in the normal manner because no image appears on the screen. The hardware is alright. I need to access the CD-ROM to repair the software.

I need to repair my Windows XP software on my system and I've been researching it and it says I need to set my system up to boot Windows XP from the disk. The only thing is I don't know how to set my system up to automatically boot from the CD-ROM. Is there someplace I can go to change this option? Any help would be appreciated.
