Such as those that protect against malware, spyware, viruses, worms, etc.? What effectively cleans the registry and repairs corrupt desktop icons? A few examples that I know of are Spybot, Avira, CCleaner, and ZoneAlarm. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

The other problems it caused i have already fixed. This includes missing desktop icons, limited start menu, disabled right click on desktop, and hidden new user profile. I have ran sbybot, adaware, windows defeneder, registry mechanic, and ewido. I believe my computer is fairly clean because of these, i just need to fix the registry to allow right clicking on webpages. Also Drag and Drop is enabled. Thanks
