I have the free version of Norton but it ran out, so i’m looking for another virus protection. So any suggestion? I don’t need any free virus protection like AVG etc.

Maybe BitDefender 2009?

my xp pc is running slow, i have taken the unnecessary programs away and cleaned registry. Looks like the only way to get the original performace back is to reinstall windows. Can i reinstall xp without touching programs, i may backup files first but not programs? or any other suggestion to speed up the old pc? Thanks

I have gone out to their (extortionist!) site but nothing has helped. I have recently downloaded Norton 2006 and it hasn’t detected ANYTHING. I have found pieces by doing searches in safe mode but when I think I have everything deleted it shows up again. Anyone successful???
PS I have MS Anti Spyware and have done several full scans, in safe mode and in normal. I’ll try the earlier suggestion of restoring back to a future date. I have already backed up all docs.
I’ll let you know if it works. Has anyone contacted the FCC??

I need some suggestion for portable vacuum that has a decent suction power so I could use it for general cleaning around my place but it should also be gentle enough to cleaning the inside of my PC.

In case you are wondering, I do have a great cord powered vacuum cleaner but it’s kinda heavy and I can’t use it to clean the inside of my PC. I am also aware of the risk of static electricity charge from vacuum ruining PC component but I never experienced such thing before.
