This registry cleaner thing keeps popping up every time i reboot computer. How can I get rid of it?

It’s probably malware. Might want to download Malwarebytes or Super Antispyware or Spybot — all are free malware scanners.
You’re being hassled by a malicious program that won’t quit until you get rid of it.
* Go to Start / Programs / Startup / right-click the program (and any other programs you dont need to automatically start/ click Delete.
* Open that registry cleaner and attempt to adjust its Settings in Tools to stop automatic starting.
* If none of these work, then always start you computer in Start Mode.
There are many other options to get your computer corrected, but too much to type here…

Either (1), you have a virus (most likely) or (2), something that you have set to turn on automaticly that is hooked to the Internet is giving you a pop-up (less likely). The way that viruses are set up seem to explain your problem, so I reccomend you search antivirus software in Yahoo Answers and see what other people reccomend for antivirus.
