Try NTFS (though it should work fine on FAT32). Check the APIC (Advanced Programmable Interrupt Controller) in the BIOS. Enable it if its off.

Insert your windows installation disc on the drive…………oh wait a minute,your toy doesn’t have one!
The reason for this is that Windows does not allow you to install it from a UBS flash drive. Your best hope would be to buy an external cd drive and install it from that.
It sounds to me like the flash drive is corrupt or missing something, even if you may think it isn’t. You could try again, or just get an external USB optical drive – they can be found for about $50, which isn’t too bad. I’ve done both with my Dell Mini 10, and they both can work although the optical drive route is probably easier.
