what is a good free pop up blocker, and a virus remover…also how do i completely clean my computer out?
my computer is slow…with to much pop ups…and alot of viruses i can imagine, and i wanna reset and clean my whole lap top…can someone please help me?

For popups, download the free yahoo or msn toolbar. For viruses, purchase Norton Internet Security 2006. This protection software package come with antivirus software as well as a firewall to prevent against hackers and identity theft. For spyware and malware, go to http://www.pcworld.com and click on downloads, then click most popular utilities, and then select Ad-Aware SE from the list. Ad-Aware is a free program that cleans your pc of harmful spyware and annoyning ads and cookies. After doing this, you need to defragment your hardrive to make your computer run faster. To do this, go to start, control panel, performance and maintenence, then click rearrange items on my hard disk. The defragnmenter will open and when its done, your pc should run a little faster. The best way is to format first.
Then reload the Operations system.
Then install a anti spam and pop up blockers.
Then install an antivirus like Macafee.
Do disk defragement also for improving the profomance.
