Go to the page you want set as your Home Page
At the top of the browser click TOOLS then select INTERNET OPTIONS. In the new Window in the GENERAL tab click USE CURRANT to set the currant page as your home page,
If it does not then you may have a browers hijack virus

It means there is no home page set. Go to Tools, Options, and type in a home page and then the browser will go to that each time.
In the blank section paste this http://www.yahoo.com/ then click apply. Your browse will be setup to go to this site unless you make a change. If the site changes, then you have a browser hijacker thats on your computer.Use a good antivirus program to keep it from happening.
