what will i do? a malicious software disabled the registry editor and it doesn't allow system restore and?
other access to security features? give easy to follow instructions coz im not really a techie..thanks a lot.

Key thing here is to look in your task manager as it will mostly likely show the program that’s doing this. After you find out that you can then run a quick google search by typing in the file name. Look for forums where people have posted about this and have removal instructions.
As far as your registry goes it’s best that you just use some kind of tool for that.
