		<description>you need the vista cd to do a good repair. my advice upgrade to win 7 or downgrade to xp. Vista just has too many little things off on it. I work in I.T. we have over 100 computers where i work. and we only have vista on 3 of them only because the computers are only used for ms office reasons. everything else including our 10,000 dollar autocad machines run on xp. Win 7 had its own issues but it seems more stable than Vista. My upstairs neighbor has the same problem. I am just going to reinstall the freakin os and start from scratch. That would probably be the best thing to do. Rather than fight with the OS and try and keep it running.</description>
