go into safe mode (press on black screen f 8 or f 5 i forgot ) and do a system restore or uninstall the last 3 programs you installed for example maybe a new game , program/software, or virus protection…also if you changed or messed aroung with the registry that could also be the problem if youre not sure and it keeps happening do a registry fix or if all else fails just do a system RESTORE if that fails the you have to do a SYSTEM RECOVERY thats the last resort in order to save you cpu i doubt its no big deal this happened to me a lot and i always fixed it like this
When booting Windows, with the disk in, continue to hit the F10 Key, this should bring up the list of different items to boot from. Select the CD Drive. If this doesn’t work, try hitting F8, Selecting Safe Mode, Restore back to working date. If these don’t work, sounds like you’ll be performing a fresh install!
