Windows Vista Problems?
I’ve had Vista Home Basic for about a year now, never had any problems with it been going great. But last week the electric went so my computer wasnt shut down properly. Since then had a few problems….
Firstly sometimes when I turn my computer it keeps asking if I want to start in Safe Mode, or some of the other options… Whats that about?
Secondly, when I do get logged in, my time and date keeps changing EVERYTIME!!! And to something stupid… My date at the moment is 1601 lol
Thirdly, also when I log on I get a load of pop ups from windows saying a load of my programs are not working properly….
And finally… Firefox, keeps playing up. Whenever I try to get onto sites I always visit… Hotmail, Facebook, etc etc, even this site. Keeps asking me to get a security certificate.
Can anybody please help me with any of these problems? I’m pulling my hair out here lol 
P.S – I’ve ran all my virus protection, Registry cleaner etc etc, and tryed system restore but nothing seems to work. Really don’t want to have to do system recovery

sorry! u have to do recovery! its the only way! but a suggestion! don’t use windows vista anymore! if not, u have this problem again very soon!
and if u want to move your file and folder to a external hard or memory its better to use safe mode windows! it would have less error! if u sign in with safe mode the windows helper tell u what it is for at first automatically!
boot from the windows cd and you will get a repair option, run this and it will fix any problems, all files etc will be safe
