Windows xp clean install w/ upgrade disk?
Is there a way to either upgrade from ubuntu 9.10 to windows xp using the windows xp reinstallation dell disk, OR do a clean install of windows xp using the reinstallation disk. If there is ANY way possible please answer. Thanx in advanced

Simple answer, not at all. They are two completely different operating systems, the only way you can upgrade is to install XP on a separate partition, then transfer your files across.
You cannot upgrade because Ubuntu is not a Microsoft product. The two OS are not in an way compatible. Normally you would boot up with the XP disk for a clean install, but I have no experience with Ubuntu
Oh, and if you install Windows after Ubuntu you won’t be able to boot Ubuntu. Windows overwrites the MBR.
