   Try " TuneUp Utilities" and configure it according to your PC it will tell you every problem and its solution too remember to run and configure all utilities. you Will FIND A SUPER COMPUTER if you need all requirements for more details you can email me.

   Note: dont use TuneUp Disk Defregmentor use RAXCO Perfect Disk and Defragment all your drives. you should have 15 % free space in all of your drive for better performance.

   Defragmentation is "complete" after each block it moves, so that didn’t hurt anything. And unless your partition is VERY fragmented (25% or more), you won’t notice much improvement in speed by defragmenting.

   Go to distrowatch.com and follow the Ubuntu link. Download the .ISO and burn a disc. Insert in your CD tray and restart the computer. Install Ubuntu and enjoy.
