   Well that’s the problem all right… you keep downloading and installing freeware and crapware that is ineffective and in some cases IS the malware.

   Get rid of all that crapware and then :

   Invest in a PROPER security SUITE (antivirus, firewall, antispyware, etc) from a RELIABLE vendor (like McAfee or Norton) and ensure it is properly configured and completely up to date.

   Reboot and do a complete scan once all the updates are installed.

   If the security suite identifies things it cannot delete or clean then you will have to take notes and find manual removal instructions for the rest… NOT SOME freeware tool that is installing more malware.!!

   If you are not capable or comfortable with doing this then get a professional, reliable technician to assist you before you damage things beyond repair if you have not done so already.
