How can i fix the “cannot find python24.dll” error that i keep getting on frets on fire?!!?!???!?!?!?!?!!!?!?!?

I keep getting an error that says
"fatal error!
‘frets on fire failed to start because the file ‘python24.dll’ was not fond, maybe re-installing the application will help’"
HOW CAN I FIX IT?!
