Fix or remove your errors using system cleaner like Reginout or any other system cleaner.
In most cases, the build up of junk files in your registry is the main culprit of this trouble; this is due to the fact that area in your computer is very crucial because it is the central database of important files where most vital information and programs are stored. The accumulation of redundant items can significantly affect vital data because the build up can dislodge some of them from its proper location and cause others to be corrupted. The moment this scenario takes place, problems start to emerge and the dreaded blue screen of death appear which you need to immediately repair to prevent worsening the case.Consequently, one of the best solutions in managing the situation is to use registry cleaning tools http://clean-up-registry-faster-pc.com with great power and capacity to completely flush out all junk files and fix all errors found. By effectively keeping this area clean from all trashes, you can also effectively solve the problem and even optimize your computer’s performance.
It’s not caz of SW most likely , if so u can fix it by RESTORING SYSTEM to an earlier point.
Process: START> ACCESSORIES>SYSTEM TOOLS>SYSTEM RESTORE.
this comes from HARDWARE MALFUNCTION, U may chck by replacing the HDD conector cable, Or most likely HDD having bad sectors.
The concept of repairing a corrupted Windows registry is to effectively use the Windows SYSTEM RESTORE feature. Some Windows XP optimization sites recommend turning this feature off for optimization purposes, which is not good.
In the case of serious problems (like receiving a blue screen error), SYSTEM RESTORE is the only feature recommended by Microsoft to correct registry entries. So this means it should be turned on.
To check to see if it is turned on, go to Control Panel -> System -> System Restore. Make sure that "Turn off System Restore on all Drives" is unchecked.
Time after time, system restore will back up the Windows Registry and other application data automatically. So if Windows backed up the registry on August 24, 2009 and there are no problems encountered on that date or before that date, you can safely return/restore to this date if problems occur in the future (for example, if the blue screen problem first occurred on August 27, 2009)
Dealing with a corrupted registry is a two-step process. First, you must clean the registry.
After cleaning, observe the system for a couple of hours while using your computer. You can continue your observations for up to three straight days. If the blue screen reappears, you need to go to step two of this process.
Step two deals with the Windows Recovery Console. If you are unable to boot, then you cannot scan the registry online; proceed to "Windows Recovery Console" immediately.

Hi,
This blue screen is called as Blue Screen of Death (BSOD), Stop Error or Fatal Exception. The BSOD is a colloquialism used for the error screen displayed by Microsoft Windows, after encountering a critical system error that can cause the system to shut down to prevent irreversible damage to its integrity. It serves to present information for diagnostic purposes that were collected as the operating system issued a bug check.

RESOLUTION:

Please Provide the "Error Code":
It is necessary to know the exact "Error Code" printed on the BSOD. This will help knowing the right path to resolve the problem. If you see BSOD for few seconds, and it automatically restarts your system, then you need to change a setting.
[1] Corrupted Registry:
1. Boot your system in the Safe Mode, by pressing F8 key before your operating system starts booting.
2. Repair the whole system registry using RegInOut [ http://download.cnet.com/RegInOut/3000-2094_4-10965219.html?part=dl-10053761&subj=dl&tag=button ]
[2] Corrupted System Files:
Backup all your important data, and then Format the system drive, and Reinstall Microsoft Windows.
[3] Non-Compatible or Mulfunctioning Hardware:
A recently installed hardware may not be functioning properly or may be not supported with the version of the opreating system you installed. So, refer to the Manual of the corresponding hardware, and remove it temporarily.
[4] Defective RAM:
1. Click Start -> Control Panel -> System and Maintenance -> Administrative Tools -> Memory Diagnostics Tool.
2. Click "Restart now and check for problems (recommended)" option.
[5] Non-Compatible DLL Files or Drivers:
If you have recently installed a software or a driver, then remove it. Otherwise, try doing a system restore by clicking Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore.
[6] Hard Disk Problem:
Bad sectors problem can be resolved by performing the steps below:
1. Open My Computer.
2. Right click a drive, and select "Properties".
3. Click "Tools", and "Check Now".
4. Follow the on screen instructions.
[7] Virus Infection:
Do a system scan by using an antivirus software, such as, Free Avast, Kaspersky Internet Security, MalwareBytes AntiMalware. Remove those viruses found.
[8] Misc:
If the BSOD appears for a specific and definite program, then ensure your computer fulfills all the Minimum System Requirements to use that program.
