   I think the best way for you is using a third party tool like windows password key which is considered as the best tool to reset Windows Administrator password.It is easy for everyone to follow,
   1. Login to a computer that can link to Internet. Download windows Password key from http://www.lostwindowspassword.com
   and install it on that PC. Note that: there is a .ISO file. Burn the .ISO file to a CD or a USB flash drive.
   2. Insert the newly created CD/USB drive to the locked computer.
   3. Reboot the locked computer and press’F2’or’Delete’to enter your BIOS setup and then followed the process of instructions. Just a few steps, the old password was removed.

   If you forgot a Windows user password, you can log on as an administrator to reset the password. Follow this:
   1) Restart the computer.
   2) Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE two times, then type the name of the administrator user account.
   3) Type the administrator password in the password box, and then click OK.
   4) click START ->> RUN ->> Type ‘control userpasswords2’ ->> click OK.
   5) On the Users tab, click the name of the user account that you want to reset the password for, and then click Reset Password.
   6) Type a new password in the New password box, and then type the password again in the Confirm new password box, and then click OK.
   7) Restart the computer, and then try to log on to Windows again.

   If your computer has more than one administrator accounts, then you can log on as some administrator account to reset all other users and administrators password with the same methord.

   Make sure that you do the following on your computer or another computer with the owners permission only.
   If you don’t want to change the password:

   1 > Get a program called Ophcrack(very large. 496Mb)
   2 >> Download the liveCD (ISO)
   3 >> Burn the ISO to a CD using an ISO burner
   4 >> The Live CD’s come with the free rainbow tables, so you might need to download other tables (cost money)
   4 >> Bootup from the CD
   5 >> Crack the SAM and System file

   When we install Windows XP, it automatically creates an account "administrator" and sets its password to blank. So if you have forget your XP login password then try this:

   Step 1: Boot computer and press Ctrl+Alt+Delete twice when you see windows login screen. It’ll show classic login box.

   Step 2: Type "administrator" (without quotes) in username field and leave password field blank, press Enter and you should be able to login Windows.

   Step 3: Now you could change or remove other accounts’ passwords, including administrator password and other standard users’ passwords

   If that should not work, you could use some third party software. Windows Login Recovery is easy-to-use shareware to reset forgotten Windows password. It is designed to create a windows password reset disk. You could follow these steps to recover your password:

   Step 1: Download Windows Login Recovery and install it on another computer which has a CD/DVD writer.

   Forgot your windows XP password? Don’t worry about that. i have troubled the same thing before. I searched from internet and solved the problem. Now i want to share with you and hope it will really help.
   Solution 1: If you have owned another available admin password, it can work. Just log on your PC->Click "Start"button->Control Panel->Add or remove user account->Select the account you want to reset->Change or Remove the password. Then the password will be reset.

   Solution 2: You can use one of the password recovery software tool to reset the forgotten password. Here, i would like to introduce you one of them, which i have applied. It is really a good hand. That is Windows Password Recovery Tool 3.0 . The process is following.
   Step 1: Download the Windows Password Recovery Tool and burn a erasable CD,

   I recommend you to reset your windows password.
   The process is very simple.
   Step1: Download Total Windows Password Reset and prepare a new CD/DVD or blank USB flash drive.
