Sounds like you need to crash it not sure what kind of computer you have But mine when booting up I will see F11 then hit fast it will bring to a screen that will say recumended and non recumended I do the non recumended one it brings it back to factor settings I don’t think I would back up any files because of all the viruses you have good luck
Sounds like there is a lot of problems with your computer. It sounds like there are a lot of bugs and viruses on it. I would suggest reinstalling Windows XP. Make sure to backup your files first. Once your computer that messed up there is no going back.
