I don’t think you will ever again find an antivirus program that actually heals an infected file (instead of deleting it), but you might want to try with those ones, which are the best at this moment and you can download them from this website free of charge: http://www.kiete.com/antivirus.html
gud day!
you could check this site :
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic18610.html
it has a step by step procedure on removing winfixer and its types….
^_^
If it is NOT removed it will just come back each time you reboot your system… Why don’t you want to remove it?
ohhh Winfix i Heard some of my friends have the same problem.. Winfixer is bad , but here a link to help u 🙂 http://www.spywareremove.com/removeWinFixer.html
Looked it up and it will reload at each startup because it modifies the registry and gets into the restore files. Go to http://www.trendmicro.com and run housecall. Take note of the name it uses to identify the virus. Look that name up in the encyclopedia and it will offer a solution for removal manually if needed.
What’s the problem when AVG can remove it? You surely don’t want to keep that virus in your computer, do you?
I think that virus is one that cannot be healed. It can only be moved, cause it spreads to all other files.
u should use combination of,spybot n ad-aware to keep ur pc safe
u can download it at download.com for free
