First run a driver update in Devise manager for the audio card, or run Windows update as a custom scan and see if the drivers are listed as an optional download. If that doesn’t work go to the computers manufactures site and go to support for your computers software/drivers downloads, or have them scan the computer for necessary updates. Some manufacturing sites offer a scan with the tag number on the computer or by make and model of the computer that will show you all the updates and drivers needed.
